How to change shababiah to new shababiah

* existing customer | you can join the New Shababiah Plans by :

1- Sign out of the Ooredoo Oman app.
2- make sure you update it from your Play store or App store.
3- Go back to the app and click the ‘Get The New Shababiah’ button.
4- Click the ‘I would like to keep my number’ button then Insert your existing Prepaid Ooredoo number.
5- login using your current login credentials.

*New customer | you can join the New Shababiah Plans by :

1- An order for their new SIM through Ooredoo app.
2- or visit an Ooredoo store to get their new SIM for just two Omani Rials.
