- 4G Home Internet plans are only available as postpaid plans.
- Ooredoo will be responsible for CPE/modem manufacturing damage only.
- New & Existing customers can subscribe to any current More Data Add-On bundles.
- If customers reach the threshold before the end of the billing cycle, the speed will reduce to 600 Kbps. At this speed, customers will still be able to browse, chat and download. However, high bandwidth applications and services will be affected and may be subject to buffering.
- Customers will receive SMS notifications when included data quota reaches the 80% threshold and once 100% consumed.
- Switching between contracts and moving between plans is allowed; with no early termination charge (ETC).
- If you terminate the contract within the contract period, an ETC will be applied.
- The ETC will be pro-rated on the remaining months of the contract period in the amount of 2 MRC).
- Data rollover feature is not applicable with new plans.
- 4G Home Internet contract is set to auto-renew. To disable auto renewal, please visit your nearest Ooredoo store.
- To change your location, please visit your nearest Ooredoo Store. A fee of OMR 5 will be charged.
- A one-time installation charge OMR 10 will be applied for outdoor installations only.

- Without prejudice to the penalties stipulated in the Telecommunications Regulatory Law, it is not permissible to redistribute internet services to connect outside of residential/commercial units. This is considered misuse of the provided service, which shall be punishable by law. In addition, the TRA and/or the Licensee reserves the right to suspend the service if it is found that there is any violation of this clause, and prohibit the delivery of the renewed service for a period of two (2) months.
